PHYSICAL AND HEALTHY BODIES – EXCERISE
At some point today I would like you to go outside for a walk – it can be as long as your parents wish.
Discuss- Time outdoors help you to concentration, self-discipline and support your behaviour choices. The fresh air is brilliant for your lungs and the sun is an excellent source of Vitamin D. The exercise will help get your heart pumping blood around your body which will help you learn.
During and after your walk think about and look for different things that make you happy.
Complete the daily walk in drawings activity and label your drawings. (if you do not have a printer – on plain paper draw 4 things you saw and label them).
